DAY 01: Dehradun – Yamunotri
Arrive Dehradun Fly to Kharsali – Yamunotri
07:45 Arrival Harsil Helipad
Welcome to Chardham Yatra by helicopter. On reaching Dehradun drive towards
the Sahastradhara helipad from where you board the helicopter to reach helipad
in Kharsali. On reaching the helipad either opt for pony or palanquin ride if you
can’t cover the distance by walking or if you are fit then started trekking towards
the temple. Once you are done with the philosophy of Goddess Yamuna return to
Janki Chatti or Kharsali for an overnight halt.
DAY 02: Kharshali - Harsil - Gangotri
07:45 Departure Yamunotri Helipad
08:30 Arrival Harsil Helipad
This morning fly from Kharsali to Harsil. On arrival proceed to Gangotri shrine by
road. Post darshan at the shrine move back to Harsil. After relaxing for a few
hours, you are not left with any schedule so in the evening lace up your shoes to
stroll along the nearby attractions in Harsil. Overnight stay at Harsil.
DAY 03: Harsil - Kedarnath
09:00 Departure Harsil Helipad
10:00 Arrival Kedarnath Helipad
Today morning takeoff from Harsil to Kedarnath Dham. On your arrival at the
helipad you will be provided with VIP Darshan Pass to participate in the puja
rituals and darshan. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
DAY 04: Kedarnath - Badrinath
10:15 Departure Kedarnath / Guptkashi
11:00 Arrival Badrinath Helipad
In afternoon fly for Badrinath Dham. On arrival take Holy Darshan of Lord
Badrinath. Later visit village by A/c Cab. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
DAY 05: Badrinath - Dehradun (Sahastradhara Helipad)
11:30 Departure Badrinath Helipad
12:30 Arrival Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun
Today bid farewell to Chardham Yatra. Wake up early morning and drive towards
the temple to participate in the special Abhishek Puja which is organised every
early morning. In Afternoon fly for Dehradun with your arrival at the
Sahastradhara helipad your journey with us concludes here.

Guidelines for Passengers:
Luggage area is pretty limited in the helicopter and no suitcase is allowed. Each
passenger is allowed to carry only 5 kg baggage with them, and you will have to
leave the extra baggage in the cloakroom only (if any).
All the 4 holy abodes in Char Dham pilgrimage circuit are nestled on insane
locations. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra.
✔ All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
✔ Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a
precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
✔ Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the
night and so passengers must carry wollen clothes with them.
The quality of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath is just above
average and so passengers should not have very high expectations. You will be
offered with a 3-star accommodation at Harsil and Badrinath.
You are permitted to carry only 5 kg baggage along with you. Due to the limted
space in the helicopter there isa provision of not allowing suitcase as a baggage so
don’t carry suitcase with you. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be
allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
Any kid who is more than 2 years shall be charged with full ticket cost.
✔ There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
✔ The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter
amount and balance amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to date of journey.
✔ In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are
not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical
reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time.
Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to
refund of unutilized sector/s.
✔ Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on
payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before
journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the
journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be
given subject to availability.
✔ The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel,
advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the
flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or
any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to
refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the
opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on
board.
BAD WEATHER SITUATION:
If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days
we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely
unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund
proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2
dhams then we will refund the amount Acc. to flying time.
If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following
cancellation charges

✔ Upto 10 Days before journey – No Refund
